Privacy and where your audio goes
Ghost transcribes on your computer. Call audio is never saved or sent anywhere. If you pick a cloud AI, it receives transcript text, never audio. The raw transcript stays on your computer for 3 days unless you save the call to your Library.
Cluely's docs say it does not save audio and "only stores the transcript" 5.
Choice of AI model
Ghost can run a model on your computer with Ollama, use your own Claude or OpenAI key, or use Ghost AI on Pro.
Cluely's enterprise page lists priority GPT-5 enterprise models 3. We found no option to run a local model.
Screen share
Ghost never shows in your screen share or recordings, on Mac or Windows. Present without fear.

CRM and team features
Ghost reads Google Calendar plus HubSpot or Salesforce to build pre-call briefings. After the call it writes a summary, next steps and a follow-up email as a Gmail draft. It does not write call data back to your CRM, and it has no manager dashboards.
Cluely's enterprise integrations read from and write back to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM 4. Enterprise also includes grouped analytics for admins and role management 3. If you need CRM write-back or team analytics, Cluely enterprise covers that and Ghost does not.

Does Ghost update my CRM after the call?

Is there a free plan?

Can I keep everything on my own computer?
