Ghost Sales LLC, an Arizona company ("GhostSales"), makes Ghost, a desktop app for sales calls. This policy covers the app, the GhostSales service and ghostsales.ai.

Call audio never leaves your computer and is never saved. Transcripts stay on your computer unless you pick a cloud AI, which receives text only.
We collect what we need to run your account and improve the product.
Call audio (in memory only), the raw transcript (deleted after 3 days), calls you save to your Library (encrypted; their full transcripts removed after 90 days by default), what you teach Ghost, your settings, and sign-in tokens for Google and your CRM.
Account: your email address and its domain, sign-in codes and sessions, and the IP address a sign-in code was requested from, used to stop abuse.
Billing: your plan and a Stripe customer reference. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
Usage: how many AI tokens your account used each month, and anonymous daily feature counts with a random device id, app version, operating system, plan and role. You can turn the anonymous counts off in Settings, Privacy.
Your role, if you pick one in setup, with a random device id.
Invites: who invited whom, to count the invites that change the color of your ghost.
Team plan: files you choose to share with your team.
Pack requests: if you ask for a market pack on ghostsales.ai, the market you typed and your email, used only to tell you when that pack is ready. We store a salted hash of your IP to limit requests, never the IP itself.
The website sets no cookies and runs no scripts.
Account details, plan and usage: while your account is open, and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to close it.
Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Sign-in codes and the IP address they were requested from: 30 days.
Sessions: until they expire or you sign out.
Anonymous usage counts: 24 months.
Cloudflare hosts the GhostSales service and ghostsales.ai.
Stripe handles payments.
Resend sends sign-in codes by email.
Anthropic runs Ghost AI. If you use your own Claude or OpenAI key, that provider's terms apply between you and them.
Many places require consent from everyone on a call before it's recorded or transcribed. You're responsible for following the rules where you and the people you speak with are.
You can turn off anonymous usage counts, choose an AI that runs on your computer, and delete your transcripts and Library files at any time on your computer.
