These terms are between you and Ghost Sales LLC, an Arizona company ("GhostSales"), and cover Ghost, the GhostSales service and ghostsales.ai.

You may use Ghost for your own work, on computers you're allowed to install software on.
You're responsible for how you use Ghost on calls, including telling people and getting consent where the law requires it.
Ghost's answers come from AI and from what you taught it. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Ghost is free to start. Pro is billed monthly or yearly and Team monthly, through Stripe, and both renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings, Plan, and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Ghost AI comes with Pro and Team only, with a fair-use monthly limit.
What you teach Ghost and your call notes are yours. We use files you share on a Team plan only to give your teammates' Ghost that knowledge.
Don't use Ghost to break the law, to record or transcribe people without the consent the law requires, or to attack, overload or reverse engineer the GhostSales service.
Ghost is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, GhostSales isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
